CHEER Centers
CHEER operates seven activity centers throughout Sussex County to provide nutrition as well as activities and events for the mature adult.
Each center has a full staff including a center director, kitchen manager and outreach worker. Click here to find your local CHEER center.
Transportation for people that do not or cannot drive is available. Comfortable CHEER busses will pick you up at your door and take you to the center in the morning. When the day's activities are over, you will ride back to your home with a smile. Our busses are handicapped accessible.
We also support and provide meals for two independent centers, Bridgeville Senior Center in Bridgeville, Delaware and Laurel Senior Center in Laurel, Delaware. These centers have all the amenities of the CHEER centers including transportation.
