Driving Directions From Route 1 and Business Route 9 (Savannah Road) intersection, travel South on Route 1 toward Rehoboth Beach.  At Delaware State Police Barracks (at the sign for the Cape May-Lewes Ferry) make a left at the light.  At next Stop sign make a left onto Kings Highway.  Then take next left onto Savannah East Drive.  At the next Stop sign on Savannah East Drive, turn right into the Harbour Lights complex.
